We are advancing a pipeline of 3 novel product candidates with targets spanning the complement cascade. Our lead candidate, KP-104, is a novel bifunctional biologic that simultaneously and selectively blocks the alternative and terminal pathways and is in Phase 2 for rare renal disorders and is entering Phase 3 in paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobulinuria (PNH). These assets are investigational agents and have not yet been approved by any Health Authority, such as the FDA.
